JapanInLebanon currently delivers to all regions of Lebanon only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time
1-3 business days all over Lebanon.

Payment Method (Cash-on-Delivery)
All orders are Cash-on-Delivery (COD).

The courier will call or message you to confirm the address and delivery window.

Missed Delivery / Return-to-Origin (RTO)
One delivery attempt is included.

After the second failed attempt, the parcel is returned to JapanInLebanon and the order is cancelled.

To reship, place a new order; the standard shipping fee will apply again.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Note the issue with the driver if possible.
